554 and Company is owned and operated by Julie D’Amico-Beres. I am an entrepreneur and small business owner and do my best to provide excellent service when you place an order through my website. However, I am one person doing all the jobs in my business so here are some things you should know.
I do my best to collect the things you order from my inventory and two store locations as quick as possible and then pack them to ship them out. Occasionally, this results in an item that I think I have in stock having sold out. When this occurs, I will check to see how fast I can get the item and reach out to you to see if I should refund the item or order it for you. I do my best to do this quickly and accurately.
Sometimes shipping calculated by my website is overcharged. I ALWAYS refund the extra shipping charges back to your payment method when completing the order. I am not attempting to overcharge you and I do not charge “handling” fees for packing your items or taking them to the post office.
I am always hopeful that your order is handled with excellence and sent on it’s way quickly. As a small business, I value my customers and want them to be happy. If something in your order is not to the standards that you expect, I ask you to reach out and let me know. While all purchases are final, it is important to me that you are happy with the brands I represent and I will do my best to come to a reasonable solution.
Perhaps most importantly, I want to thank you for taking time to read my terms of service and hope you understand how grateful I am to be doing something that I love and that brings me so much joy.
