Choose Your Background Mixed Media Workshop at Burlap & Lace Marketplace on Saturday, June 21st
Join Julie of 554 and Company to learn how to create a mixed media piece!
This one-of-a-kind mixed media project will be created using decoupage papers, stencils, paint and resin moulds. Once your background is painted and decoupaged, you will learn how to work with resin to create castings that can be painted with paint, water colors or liquid acrylics and then affixed on to your piece. Julie will spend time demonstrating each of the techniques, including painting, decoupage, stencilling and resin work.
You will have a variety of Tammy’s Flippin Papers (decoupage papers) to choose from for this project and you will be making your choice during checkout. Please scroll through all photos in this listing to choose your design. Once a design in no longer available, I will do my best to remove the photo asap. All materials and supplies will be included in the class fee. Hardware will be offered for hanging or you may plan to display your piece with an easel (not included).
Keep your project or give it as a gift - but learn all about decoupage, resin moulds and stencils in the process! Please bring an apron or painting shirt and cheaters, if you need them for close-up work.
